Jonny Kousa has been an exceptional attorney from the very first time I made contact with him. The first positive thing I noticed was how knowledgeable he was about the laws pertaining to divorce. I'd spoken with no less than twenty different attorneys before finding him, and after our first phone conversation, I had a feeling he was special. Following that came the second positive -- he was very responsive. I'd called a few times and he'd either answer right away or got back to me within a reasonable time frame. This gave me the confidence that he'd be right there as needed if I retained him. We scheduled a meeting which I assumed Jonny would limit to half an hour. It lasted almost two hours! I was not even a paying client at this point, and many other attorneys would have wanted to start receiving payment at first or after the first half hour of their time. But Jonny was gracious and exceedingly generous. He made me and my family (who had accompanied me for support) feel comfortable as he listened attentively to the things that mattered and suggested legal options that would best suit my needs in the divorce. He seemed to really care and exercised the full gamut of legal options available as he searched for solutions to every problem I described. You're probably thinking at this point that with such generosity surely there must be a catch. And you would be right. Jonny "caught" a very happy client, and for yet another reason. He charged me less than half of what the previous attorney I'd retained charged me. He explained that my case could be simplified and did not need to cost more unless it later became complicated -- which never happened. How reasonable is that! Needless to say I dropped my previous attorney who paled in comparison to Jonny. Once Jonny got to work on my case, I noticed something else pleasantly surprising. Because of what my spouse had ruthlessly and shockingly done do me, how I was so blindsided by the secrets, the treachery, I was very stressed. Jonny sensed it and, to my surprise, took the time to talk to me about it. He explained that he did not want me to worry about things so much, that I have an attorney now who is here to help. How many attorneys you know care enough to concern themselves with how stressed you are feeling after they have your money? I had a ton of questions, and I bet this made me one of the more demanding clients, but Jonny never showed any signs of impatience or made me feel uncomfortable. Such is the manner and work ethic that sets this fine attorney apart. In the end, I got my divorce. The whole process went smoothly and finished according to the timeline Jonny predicted. Even at this juncture my positive feelings about Jonny were reinforced. At the hearing, the judge complimented Jonny on how well he always has his work organized, as he signed the papers granting me my divorce. Mr. Kousa is obviously very well respected. Based on this experience, I unreservedly rate Jonny Kousa a five-star attorney for a job well done.

My case was just concluded after a year and a half of litigation, thank God for that. All I can say is thank God for my lawyer. Mr. Kousa told me to be patient, and I was. My case was very complicated, considering my now ex husband and I had a lot of assets to divide. And of course there was a big battle over timesharing. But at the end of the day, I'm very happy. I highly recommend Mr. Kousa if your case is complicated. He's a GREAT divorce lawyer.

Mr. Kousa helped my mother with a difficult divorce that had to be severed after 41 years of marriage. Could you imagine what my mother was going through at that time?
