I don't have the words to be able to describe how Mr. Chang was as my husbands attorney. Kenneth Chang has been our attorney for a little over 10 years. It was such a complete and total accident how we found him; the equivalent of opening the phone book, closing your eyes and pointing to a page, and we just could not have gotten luckier! Everything about immigration is, or can be, so sketchy but it was NEVER like that with Mr. Chang. He handled everything for my husband from his first filing to receiving his citizenship confirmation two days ago.
