Ira Kurzban is the best you can find for any litigation and other in immigration matters. A recognized authority in his field. His books are used for open consultation at the desks of Judges and other officials. I have referred there clients, always with extraordinary experience.

I would not recommend this firm in any capacity. I have a complicated immigration case. These guys (John Pratt in particular) were very excited to charge a consultation fee before giving me any idea if they were capable of helping me or not. Once I paid them and sat down, John basically just said "no" to everything and gave me zero options. After meeting with John, I went to another (more optimistic) immigration lawyer and am now on the path to permanent residency.
