I thought I'd give a 5 star shoutout to a really competent and efficient attorney, Mr. Frank McPhillips, from McPhillips Law Firm. We were selling our home in Wellington, FL. and we received an offer to be closed in 10 days. I called Frank and he rocked the close expeditiously.
