This company was the best that can happen to me. I sold and bought my property with them. Closings can be really difficult and stressful. I worked with Alejandra Reyes. She is a wonderful prosesor. She advised me what to do and help me with all my concerns. She knows the business, anticipate to any possible problem and fixed it in advanced. She is super patient, and I was impressed with her professional skills. I hardly recommend her and the company.

Reached out to this firm from a legal referral service. Upon my first contact with the firm, I was informed I would receive a call from counsel within 24 hrs. A week later, I received an email explaining this request was outside their level of expertise. Unfortunately, this was a time sensitive matter involving basic contractual concepts in real estate. I did give them a star due to the fact there was a follow up, although it was not punctual.

In many cases when you are seeking out legal counsel, it means you are going through something difficult in your life. That was my case, at least. Balancing trying to do the right thing to protect myself while also struggling through emotions was not easy but working with Christian Granados helped put my mind at ease. I would like to share my experience with Christian from The Gilchrist Law Firm. I found myself in a misrepresentation situation with a rental home I signed a year lease for that did not match the advertised rental description or pictures. I went back and forth with the home rental company regarding this misrepresentation, however the company was disregarding my issue and refused to rectify or resolve my issue in a fair manner. After I reported the discrepancy in their listing not matching the physical property and requested they resolve the issue, they refused to take accountability and would not work with me to resolve the issue fairly. I was then told I had 30 days to vacate the home, this did not allow me the necessary time to find a new home for me and my family and our pets. After several failed attempts to resolve the matter on my own, I decided to seek legal consult as the rental company was pressuring me with requesting my agreement to vacate the premises as they would not agree to offer any monetary correction for the misrepresentation in bedrooms/ bathrooms and being smaller square footage than listed. Immediately upon getting connected with Christian, he discussed my options and took action immediately the next day with a demand letter to the rental company stating I was requesting additional time and monetary compensation for their negligent misrepresentation. Christian did an amazing job keeping me informed through the back and forth process with the rental company. We finally agreed on a mostly fair resolution allowing me to be compensated for the prorated amount of my pet deposit for 4 dogs, a credit on my final month rent to offset the difference for the between the physical accuracy of the property and listed misrepresentation of the property. This company was very slow with responses but Christian made sure to stay on top of them by setting time bound deadlines for responses to our demands. Overall it was a great experience, very nerve racking being a single mom and finding yourself in a situation where you feel powerless and bullied. But Christian ensured we continued to push even when they would not come back in a fair agreement. We did not get everything we felt would have offset my entire financial losses with the move, but considering the circumstances it put me in a far better situation than I could have achieved going back and forth with no resolve. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend this law firm, Christian provided exceptional service and communicated promptly throughout the entire process. End result was we achieved them to agree to waive the early termination fee for the lease, they offered a credit towards the last months rent, refunded a prorated amount for the pet deposit and negotiated me another month to find a new home. The only thing we did not achieve was compensation for the cost for me to have to rent a truck and other moving expenses. I rate their service 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone in a landlord- tenant nightmare situation. He delivers great service and results. Definitely worth the money! Thank you Christian!
