Divorce is clearly a journey that I never thought I would end up on. At first, I was clearly in shock, and in desperate need of a guide and someone to support me on this journey. Katie, and the entire firm of Hertz Sager, were supportive, empathetic, and collaborative in the entire process.

Katie Sager was absolutely fantastic handling my case. I hired Hertz/Sager to take over my prior counsel. Katie was outstanding and professional from start to finish. I hired attorney Sager to handle my divorce. She was successful getting the judge to agree to the prenuptial agreement and to prevent having to disclose finances which were not included in the prenup. Was able to organize and finish my case after another Firm's work left me in a bad position

I first met with Katie and Law Partner Christy Hertz in December 2018 to discuss allegations of parent/child alienation that were filed against me by my ex-husband (and father) of my then 12 year old daughter (now 14). For a number of varied reasons this resulted in a very difficult and largely unforeseen lengthy process of litigation that also involved many other different elements to engage and comply with as part of the Judicial process. I did not know of the law firm Hertz:Sager prior to 2018 and went to them following some extensive online research and posted reviews. Many people will recognize that high quality and respected legal representation is not always easy to find whilst being cost effective at the same time, however on this occasion it was entirely worthwhile. Katie is very knowledgeable, astute, diligent and always had a plan. She was subsequently able to achieve a highly positive result on the actual day before the set Trial date. The Litigation process (which that lasted for almost 2 years) proved to be emotionally and financially draining, although I cannot stress enough the importance of having someone like Katie and the rest of the team at Hertz:Sager provide their invaluable support and guidance. Katie has a very positive attitude, she is an excellent Litigator, she will not make false promises, yet will consistently look to a achieve the very best and realistic result possible.
