Bridgette and her team were exceptional. She had to assist me with a complex situation and they absolutely walked me through it all, guided me through every email and communication and eventually their help resulted in a resolution for me that I could not have achieved without them otherwise.

Miami Legal PA is by far the best Title company I have come across in Miami! Bridgette Alvarez and her team including Terry Martinez, are precise, professional, prompt and even go the extra mile. In a recent of my transaction the Buyer selected a Title company who made mistake after mistake. Luckily, because I had done numerous previous transactions with Miami Legal PA, Bridgette kindly reviewed the docus and make me aware of the mistakes they made.
