Richard Caldwell and his team provided me with outstanding assistance. All too often we only hear from people or post reviews when there is a problem. My belief is that it is equally important to take a moment, give credit where credit is due, and recognize a job well done. My interaction with Richard was in the context of two automotive service facilities, who over-charged, charged for repairs demonstrably not completed and neglectful damage to my vehicle, cumulatively +/- $35K.
