The attorney missed a critical piece of information regarding a discrepancy between the HOA in my contract and the HOA in the estoppel. I spoke with Adam about this oversight to which he agreed that it was an unfortunate situation. When making such a large purchase, you want to feel confident that the team you have behind you is on the ball, looking out for their clients, and are accountable, unfortunately that is not the case for the Adam Josephs firm. I emailed Adam about a month ago requesting a partial refund or inquiring what he thought would be fair considering the circumstances, and he has yet to reply.
