South Florida Law was truly a pleasure to work with doing my home purchasing process. The original title company I chose for closing, pulled out of the deal due to undisclosed reasons known to me. South Florida Law, picked up where they left off and moved the closing process along. During that time I also had to switch lenders as the building where I looked to buy did not have mandatory wind insurance. Once I was able to secure another lender, Nima and his team continued to move their side of the deal along so I could close in the given time. All these details were indeed encouraging. However what was most important to me was that the entire South Florida Law team was attentive, detailed in their approach, and highly professional along the way as they oversaw my closing process to the end. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Florida Family and Probate Lawyers. We hired this firm to handle my mother's probate case a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, we have encountered several issues in the years following, particularly with the transfer of my mother's estate to my brother and me. Recently, I have been trying to contact Anwar Hadid, the attorney who handled my mother's case, for several months. Despite sending at least five emails and making several phone calls to their office, I have received no response. Each time I called, I was assured that someone would get back to me, but three months later, I have yet to hear from anyone. I am simply requesting a document needed to complete a property transfer to my name. The lack of communication and responsiveness from Anwar Hadeed and the firm’s staff has been incredibly frustrating. On my last call, I asked to speak with an office manager or someone who could assist me, but I was told that they were unavailable and very busy. The unprofessional conduct and poor work ethic displayed by Anwar Hadeed and the firm are unacceptable. Just because the payment for services has been completed does not justify neglecting clients and failing to fulfill their responsibilities. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend Florida Family and Probate Lawyers based on the lack of service and communication I have encountered.
