I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it. When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way. We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent. Getting the approval is way more difficult than I first imagined. I am so glad that I had Eddie to help me. I'll recommend him and his team without a hesitation

Very rude straight off from the beginning of the call. The "attorney" was very agitated, RUTHLESS, aggressive, angry, and repulsive as I was trying to explain my case. How is this firm a 5 star rating????? The "attorney" did a lot of talking with no solution to anything and on the other hand was truly very nasty, cold, careless, and extremely unprofessional in demeanor, Tone of voice and attitude. Don't ever try calling these people they are verbally aggressive. I Wouldn't even give one star this law office or "attorney" deserves a negative rating. Probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed however I don't deserve that treatment especially when I'm trying to find help and not to be attacked.

I do not recommend Nicole Alvarez. She recommended me to overstay my Esta which lead me to 5 years ban and deportation and I nearly got arrested for having no visa. She never gave any competent advice and she was very hard to reach via e-mail and phone, especially when I needed her help the most. Nicole Alvarez is not taking any responsibilty of the advice she gave for me and my husband (to overstay my Esta) and when I had to go to ICE she was "not available" to stand for me. Even officers at the airport and ICE told me that this lawyer is only wasting our money and time.

My only regret with Dabdoub Law Firm is that I didn't find them sooner. It has a dedicated, efficient and client-focused team that specializes in ERISA claims and works closely with the insurance companies. This made a significant difference compared to an individual like myself trying to resolve a claim on my own. I put in a lot of effort with calls, doctor visits, paperwork and follow-ups, only to get rejected. I signed an agreement with Dabdoub in June of 2024. My case was settled by September. I highly recommend, without reservation.
