Jean-Michel D’Escoubet has been my lawyer since 2019. He is by far the best Lawyer anyone can ever ask for. Very attentive, always made sure I understood what was going on at all times. He made sure to hear my family and I’s concerns, comments and questions and always made sure to reassure us throughout the whole process. Erik Perez is a very knowledgeable attorney worth every penny even for the initial consult. I had questions regarding my rights as an owner in a Condo Association, as I was having trouble getting the answers to important questions regarding a neighboring property and their rights to use our entrance. Even in the 30 minute initial consultation Erik was very informative and mentioned various avenues I could take to get the information I wanted from the Condo Association.
