I contacted her over a year ago because I was fired from a job due to getting pregnant. After explaining everything she took my case stating that I had causal effect so she helped me start the process with the EEOC but then I never received any more guidance after that. Any documentation that was submitted for evidence was from my own doing, she didn’t advise me on what was important or needed in order to have a strong case. No follow ups were done on her part, any time the EEOC responded I would have to call her office in order to see if anything should be done. By the end of it (a process that took a little over a year) the EEOC dismissed my case and her only response was that I need to find a lawyer that’s willing to take my case to federal court.. even though I thought that was the agreement we had from the beginning. Absolutely no empathy at all for my case

My case was handled by a paralegal with no preparation at all, sending paperwork late, and always asking for missing documentation at last minute,also never responded calls, and every time I needed to talk to Eduardo soto never was available.... Mi caso fue manejando por un paralegal sin experiencia,me enviaba la documentación tarde en el último momento, cada vez que quería hablar directamente con Eduardo Soto nunca estaba disponible, perdí $9k.
