I worked with the BG Law several times now. They are a highly professional team, dilligent with attention to details. They instill confidence with both buyers and sellers and conduct a very professional, guided and structured process. Barbie, the principal there, takes both parties through a white glove approach to a very complicated and sensitive (sometimes emotional) legal process of selling and buying a home.

This place deserves 0 stars. Unprofessional, the people that work the front desk are all liars. I called one afternoon and spoke to “Blanca” on the phone and explained my case, which was an emergency.. I paid $80 for a consult with a lawyer the Friday coming up. She told me to expect a call anywhere from 10:30am-5:30pm that Friday. Friday comes and it’s 5pm already and I found it really strange I hadn’t received a call so I called the office and spoke to another lady named “Gloria” she had no idea who I was, no idea anyone was supposed to give me a call.. nothing. They completely forgot about me and made me take off a whole day off work to wait around and expect their call…. Gloria apologized to me on the phone and insured me that this never happens to them and that they will call me the following Monday for sure. She even said she will text me prior my consultation around 4pm so I knew when they were going to call. Monday comes and it’s 4:30pm and still no text or call. I call the office and Gloria answers the phone and tells me she will transfer me to Blanca without even listening to what I was saying. Blanca answers the phone and has no idea of what’s going on. Can you believe they forgot about my consultation all over again???…. Blanca transfers me back to Gloria and Gloria tells me that she texted me around 4pm, which she did not. She tells me maybe she marked the wrong number…. Do these people really think people are dumb? If they’re that “busy” they shouldn’t be making consultations and delivering the wrong information to people. This place is unprofessional, I wasted days trying to talk to a lawyer and no one was going to ever call me, and they didn’t even apologize to me other than giving me my money back. I hope people see this before trying to work with this immigration office. Truly disappointing there’s places like this that put a bad reputation for others.

Llegamos a la oficina del abogado Eduardo soto en el 2017 después de visitar varios abogados que no nos daban esperanza, el nos habló acerca de ajustarnos por medio de nuestro hijo que tiene varias condiciones médicas y debido a que teníamos 10 años en el país esto unido al trabajo y el desempeño del bufete ha hecho nuestro sueño realidad , tener nuestras residencias, también quiero dar especiales gracias a nuestra paralegal Claudia Guzmán por su atención y dedicación, por toda la ayuda y el amor que le pone a su trabajo, gracias a todos y que Dios los bendiga
