I hired Mr. Trivedi after another attorney refused to take my personal injury case because the at fault party did not have insurance. Mr. Trivedi investigated the case and was able to get my personal injury claim paid from an additional party who was also at fault.

Hired Mr. Trivedi because cabinet contractor was not finishing the project and additionally was threatening to put a construction lien on the house. We are guilty of not having signed a contract with cabinet contractor - just accepted an estimate. Mr Trivedi came to our house and asked for a thorough walk thru of the project. It was clear to us that he had handled similar cases in the past He also had construction knowledge that help us understand the strengths of our position. He wrote an initial email for us to send to contractor but when within days it was clear that he needed to be in direct contract with contractor he took over the communications. Got the contractor to sign an agreement which afforded us some protection for the first time. Contractor came on the day it was agreed and finished project- we paid him and now can look forward to enjoy my kitchen. Mr Trivedi has a very nice manner which is great with (stressed) clients and makes dealings with the opposing party run smoother.

I hired Erick Trivedi some years back after having had a few bad experiences with other attorneys. From the beginning it was clear that Mr Trivedi took my case as if we're his own. I never had an issue speaking to him weekday, or weekend. He always returned my calls and made ample time to discuss the details of the case. Aswell as listen to my complaints about the process, explain them, and giving me an overall feeling that he had everything under control. In fact he was always prepaid and prepaird me for every hearing, trial or deposition.
