QI was a client with this atty.She did not respond to my calls or requests in a timely manner.Sha failed to submit tax returns In a timely manner although I reminded her in advance that they were due.This resulted in fines and penalties from the government.After discussion with her former firm,the the amount of the penalties and fine was deducted from our bill.
