Ignore call and email. Caused me damages of more than $300,000 Delays our case with no reason.. Doesn't that pick up the phone and emails!

Manny was the best for my case. He and his staff were always there for me to answer my questions and were always on top of my case. My mediation turned out great because we were so much more prepared than my Husband's attorney. I can't thank Manny enough!

He is a Terrible divorce lawyer,I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.He doesn't return your phone calls or emails. My particular case was suppose to end when we went to mediation. I eventually found out he did not do what he claimed and now wont reply to any of my request. Yes, his cost is less expensive than others but in no way worth it!

The moment Segarra learned I had an IRA through financial disclosure was the moment he knew how much he would try to bill me. I fired him after he was unable to mediate on my behalf and even then the file that I received after paying him over $20,000 was incomplete.

Mr. Segarra prolonged the duration of my case. Two unwarranted mediations because both sides were worlds apart in their requirements, and no agreement was ever in sight. After 11 months of an ongoing divorce case Mr Segarra managed to accomplish nothing, and the amount. The amount paid so far is ludicrous. On top of it Mr Segarra just filed a lien against my personal assets for an unpaid balance for which I was not given a chance to pay for.

Manny is a great lawyer and he understands his clients. Hes been doing a great job with my case. He is very professional and caring. He always responds. His assistant is great and very helpful as well. They make a great team. Im glad I chose Manny as my lawyer, I would choose him again if I need to.

I recently referred a client from Spain to Mr. Segarra for a post divorce modification and enforcement case.
