I would like to forward this review for Michelle Ann Estlund, for whom I retained twice. I originally retained Ms. Estlund for a member of my family in regards to a criminal defense case . She was professional, concise, and on point. She provided us with a very favorable outcome which included pretrial diversion and record sealing. We were very pleased at that point. As fate would have it , a year later I found myself in the same place, only worse. I was charged with two major felonies, and deeply entrenched in the legal justice system. I retained Michelle once again. let me say it again, her professionalism and knowledge of the justice system are paramount. She was always there for me whether by cell phone or meeting me at the office on a Saturday, always keeping me up to date with current situations. In the courtroom her experience was obvious, whether a motion or sounding, always on top of her game, providing the best direction possible. In the end, all the charges were dismissed, resulting in a Nolle Pros, which was the best possible outcome for both of us. Michelle went the extra mile as well seeing us through a return of property motion. A little stressful, but once again she prevailed. I cannot say enough how grateful to her I am.

I contacted Ms. Estlund after having been arrested for a petit theft incident. After a single call to her office, I was given an appointment right away. I contacted Michelle in 2011 to ask for advice on dealing with an Interpol problem. At the time I had received a negative response to my appeal with Interpol. I asked Michelle for a second opinion and was skeptical that anything could be done. She read my case and felt that she could help me. I worked with Michelle for over 12 months in preparing my second appeal. Michelle was at all times professional and showed great empathy towards my situation. Michelle is a subject matter expert in dealing with Interpol and knows the rules and constitution intimately. If you want advice in dealing with Interpol there is no better person you could choose. Michelle worked over and above the call of duty in my case and was available 24/7 and took calls from me on many occasions outside office hours. Michelle is a straight talker and tells you how it is and does not promise anything she cannot deliver. I rate Michelle at the highest level for her legal abilities and belief in justice. Having dealt with over 50 lawyers in my career I can say that she is the best. Her fees are fair and reasonable and she is genuinely interested and believes in any case that she takes on. In 2012 we received a successful result. I doubt anyone else could have done a better job. Thank you Michelle.

I was arrested and jailed on a battery (DV) charge against another male family member living at our home (I was defending my wife from him - can you believe the cops only arrested me after knowing this?). Once I was bailed out, I did a thorough search of attorneys - calling them, looking them up online, reading over client reviews - and after 2 weeks of researching, I was finally recommended to Mrs. Estlund. Another aspect of great counsel? Keeping the client informed on a periodic and as needed basis. In dealing with the prosecutor, Mrs. Estlund kept me informed through all the steps. She was always accessible (especially via email) and took the time to answer all of my questions. Mrs. Estlund's demeanor makes the client feel like they can reach out to her anytime, and that is something I find valuable in a counselor. At the end of this process, Mrs. Estlund was successful in convincing the State to drop the charge. I am currently working with her to process my expungement and in dealing with other matters that need attention due to this situation. Mrs. Estlund's counsel has been nothing but top-notch, and her office is always receptive and willing to help out. If you are looking for a criminal defense attorney who is professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking, Michelle Estlund is a great choice. I found a fantastic attorney. She has found a client for life.

My personal experience with Michelle Estlund, was excellent!! Not only all my charges were dropped but she also provided me with all the information I needed , she supported me throughout the process and was always responsive.
