After working with other attorneys I can truly appreciate the diligence and expertise that Mr. Ferris displayed in handling not just my case but myself to do what was needed for the best outcome that I couldn’t have imagined. He made fees of over $7k disappear and made a settlement that seemed impossible into reality. I would highly recommend him to anyone that feels like they’ve been cornered because he will definitely fight for you till you can get the best outcome.

I retained Scott Ferris to represent me for my divorce, and I have never looked back, or regretted the decision. My divorce turned out to be very difficult and contentious, and Scott was always there for me. He became someone to lean on not just as an advisor, but also as a friend. Scott was always available to me, even for stupid questions at odd hours, and always kept all of my concerns, including cost, in mind. Thank you simply isn’t enough for the peace Scott has brought to my home. I’ve recently requested his assistance in a family matter and Scott delivered! Where to  begin. How do you express such a magnitude of gratitude that I have for Scott Ferris. When I hired Scott, I was in pieces. I was fresh out of a very bad marriage and did not feel I had the strength for the road ahead.  My mom hired Scott for me, in the very beginning of the pandemic.  My world and the literal world were coming to and end in my eyes.  Scott made absolute miracles happen in what was the ugliest and darkest of times for me.  By no means was my divorce a clear cut, easy peasy, everyone is making things go smoothly situation.  Scott was not only the most amazing attorney I could have asked for, but he truly supported me 100%.  He had my back 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  He answered my questions, my e-mails, my texts, my crying calls... ALWAYS.  He was the voice of reason when I couldn't see any options. He was my backbone when I needed to be tough and didn't think I had it in me.  He taught me how to go about the end of my marriage and come out with a clear, level head.  He taught me the importance of co-parenting and doing it without anger and spite. He was invaluable and I cannot stress this enough.  I was divorced, with my head held high, and my family on the road to healing,... within 5 months of filing, and with the courts practically shut down due to Covid-19.  It really was an absolute miracle in my eyes. It has been about 6 months since my divorce was final and I still have Scott's support and guidance to this day.  He takes the time to check up on me, my mother and my daughter.  He takes the time to answer me every single time I need him, without fail. You could not possibly be in better hands if you choose to have Scott Ferris represent you. I would make the choice over and over again! (but I hope never to need to.)

I used the firm for a refinance closing. Their staff was professional, detailed, and attentive to every question during the process. The loan was processed on time and all title work was on point. Located in center of Miami, aside from real estate, they also handle estate planning, and immigration law. Staff is on point.

If you want the job done, Scott is going to make it happen! He’s going to personally answer your calls and emails at all hours of the day or night, he’s going to work his butt off to get the job done, (in this case, a divorce in record time during the Covid pandemic), and he’s going to represent your interests to the max. He’s attentive and responsive, and you will never have to remind him of anything, as he’s right there with you every step of the way. Money well spent, and grateful to have listened to the person who recommended him to us!
