Potential for mistakes or oversights in legal paperwork
“There were two affidavits supposed to be filled out for my income and my husband's income to be considered so that I could be his sponsor, and the lawyer only had me fill out the affidavit, which of course when it came time for his interview they did not approve me to be his sponsor and I had to find another sponsor.”
