I hired Scott R Miller back 2021 and he closed out my case without any trial for 5k. Since he was familiar with my case history, I returned to need him in 2023. We spoke and it was understood , no trial. I signed the contract. 30 days later Scott is calling me, that I owe him another 5k because I signed the contract for 10k. Scott was supposed to be my lawyer and he was supposed to protect me. He screwed me over big time. Threatening me that he wanted the rest of the money. My case was never going to trial. It was an easy swap out. That’s what the understanding was. I felt he has done this scheme before. I would avoid dealing with Scott R Miller if he swindles his own clients out of money.

He is very rude and did nothing to help me I would definitely not recommend him

This lawyer intimidated my witnesses and limited their testimonies. He resides in the same building as one of the prosecutors, which he doesn't disclose until the actual trial. He does very little research or back ground checks he claims to know what the judge will allow so he presents very little defense. I hired him watched him work and the defendant get 30 years. He doesn't do appeal nor recommend anyone after he botches the case.

I did a lot of research on attorneys in Miami and knew that he was the one I wanted to partner with in regard to my case (I.e., a DUI charge). I was extremely pleased with the counsel he provided. I have complete confidence in Scott. He also has a very competent and personable assistant that works with Scott and his clients hand in hand every step of the way. He also worked with me on the financial side of things. I definitely felt he had my best interest in mind. If you need a highly competent, compassionate advocate on your side during an extremely critical, as well as stressful period in your life, I seriously do not think you could go wrong with Attorney Scott Miller.

Scott Miller is an excellent lawyer. I recommend him with my eyes closed. His customer service is superb. I am very grateful for all he has done for me and my family. He takes pride in his work and really cares for his clients.

I hired this lawyer after interviewing with numerous lawyers in my criminal case. I knew right away, that this is the attorney I wanted to represent me. In our first interview I sensed compassion and honesty in his character. He always answered my phone calls, even on his days off and even while in court. He thoroughly reviewed my case and files all motions that were available. What really impressed me was his trial skills, and thoroughness in presenting case and rebutting defense arguments. He practically held my hand throughout the 8 months my case lasted. I would 110% recommend this lawyer and if your worried about price, all I have to say is that he charged the less out of the others I interviewed. Folks, please remember a lawyer can only do as much as you give them, so be pro-active and help your own cause if you want to get optimum results for your particular case.
