They don’t even deserve 1 star. I called for representation on a serious legal matter and they turned me down because I had TRIED and had prior representation from a different firm. They are a joke to turn down a potential million dollar lawsuit. Unreal. I wouldn’t trust them for a flat tire dispute.

This is the best law firm I’ve ever come across. When I originally reached out I had no clue what to expect. They were very informative and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was expecting my case to drag out over a year but I was able to settle and receive my payout in less than a year. JZ helps is a firm I would highly recommend. My case was complicated. I was visiting from out of town when my rental SUV was rear-ended near Ocala. I went to the hospital by ambulance and the rental car was declared a total loss. Even though I was out-of-state, Justin and Jenny, communicated often. I always felt like I knew what they were doing on my behalf. Justin fought hard for me and won a fair settlement.
