Beware.It is a fraudulent business.

Ms. Salcines was the attorney for the seller of a piece of investment real estate I recently acquired. Her lack of knowledge about necessary information and other items to be provided by her client almost resulted in me walking away from the transaction. Among other things that my attorney had to do on her behalf, I ultimately closed on the rental property without her client providing so much as a key to the premises or an access card to the property; leaving me having to have the carryover tenant provide access to the property and either, me obtaining a key from the tenant, or me changing the locks to obtain a key to the property. reply. without regard to the comments above, post closing I still have to endeavor to obtain coupon books to pay association fees monthly because Ms. Salcines would not provide the seller's coupon book. Further, my attorney had to educate Ms. Salcines to the fact that an association estoppel letter and tenant estoppel letter were necessary to close. Ms. Salcines refused to obtain the association estoppel letter for two weeks, which my attorney ultimately obtained, delaying the hoped for early closing by two weeks. All and all, perhaps Ms. Salcines vacation impacted the process, however, with all due respect, I disagree with the characterization of the reply to my initial post.

Called to inquire about a consultation. The representative who answered the phone seemed very uninterested. I told her the situation she then interrupted me saying “well if it’s in their power what is your point” which just tells me she was not listening. Also just very rude to say it in that manner

It was a very bad experience, Jacqueline Salcines assured me that I didn't have to take any action regarding my case. It turned out that she never finished the case, everything left open and even my driving privilege was suspended.

Jacqueline represented me during my foreclosure. Her efforts were Seamless and our communication via Emails were answered in a professional and timely manner. Jacqueline Salcines represented me in a couple of foreclosure suits in which the opposing counsel tried every trick possible to delay these cases. Jacquie would have no part of that and was tenacious in her responses to them. She is also the most accessible attorney I have ever worked with; to the point of answering my emails on the weekend. If you’re looking for an attorney who will get the job done, I highly recommend Jacqueline Salcines.

Same issue as Christina. This lawyer is rude and is always on a defensive attitude. Never try to help and is just nice until she receives your money, until that moment she disappears. The worst decision in my life to hire her. Do not recommend her!!!

I read through all of the reviews and it seems that I had the same problems as everyone else. I have three years of email communication with Jackie where on so many occasions, I am having to reply two and three and four times just to get a response. When I did hear from her, she was impatient, condescending, and at times, downright rude. She clearly did not care to help me understand the very convoluted legal process I was in, and instead would remind me that she’s already told me whatever I was asking her however many times. It was awful. If you tried to address any issues with her, she became defensive. I was the idiot that needed to stop asking so many questions and understand that she’ll get to me when she can get to me. Lol. It was a joke. Run the other way. She will respond here the same way she has responded to everyone else, and will accept absolutely no responsibility for her client service shortcomings. Wait for it...👇
