Initially Jacqueline Salcines was attentive and able to communicate on a timely manner but after the payment for reviewing some documents, she was evasive and unprofessional. I reached out to her instead of her communicating with me. Her answer was "I dont have enough documentation to give you an answer" which I did. For what? silence! I never got a professional response from her and today I sent an email telling her so. Professional Ethics is a must not an option. Clients are clients no matter the issue and the amount of money they pay. Add: I contacted Jacqueline A. Salcines and she addressed my concerns. However, I hope that she understands my previous concerns and pay more attention next time.

Attorney Salcines handled our loan modification back in 2010 and our foreclosure. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but caring and sympathetic to our situation. In November we were able to purchase a home and she was our title agent and handle all our closing and mortgage. The level of skill and expertise she has is second to none. She knows real estate and mortgages so well and really provides a level of comfort during stressful times. She was a Godsend.
