Una muy mala experiencia. No se la recomendaría a nadie, ni a mi peor enemigo. Poco profesional. En Florida por menos de lo que cobra se puede conseguir un abogado mucho más capacitado, profesional y educado. Nunca me sentí bien asesorado. Da poca explicación de la situación, sus mails son muy básicos, cuando la llamas es grosera y te da más inseguridades que seguridades. Siempre lo más importante para ella es cobrar. Me defendió en un caso (Unal…..LLC), debido a su mal asesoramiento y falta de conocimiento me hizo perder mucho dinero. Por suerte me anime a cambiar de abogado. De lo contrario hubiera perdido mucho más dinero. Lo único que le interesaba era continuar con las audiencias con tal de seguir cobrando. Le pague más de 7k y en el último mail me pidió 3500 dólares para continuar defendiéndome. Otro abogado resolvió todo favorablemente, en muy poco tiempo y cobrando menos de un tercio de lo que ella pedía. Antes de pensar contratar a esta abogada lean las críticas.

After the great experience, I returned to get assistance with our rental unit, once again receiving the same professional service. I hired Ms. Salcines to settle a debt from a third party debt collector. She assured me she had a working relationship with the debt collector and could settle for pennies on the dollar. She immediately processed my upfront fee in the amount of 2500.00 and failed to settle the debt. Also she has stopped responding to my emails and calls. I have no other choice but turn her in to the Florida Bar. Please don’t waste your money and hire Ms. Salcines. You will regret it, like me.
