Amazing attorney and staff. Attorney Brian Pollock represented me in a very complicated federal EEO case. From the moment I met Attorney Pollock I felt good about him. He is an ethical and dedicated attorney. Prior to him I had another attorney drop my discrimination case and I was not notified that my case was dropped until 2 weeks before the federal filing deadline. Attorney Pollock was out of town when I called for an appointment. At that time I advised his assistant that I only had 2 weeks to file my case before the deadline. She provided me paperwork to complete and advised that she would email Attorney Pollock my paperwork and will call me with an appointment to meet with Attorney Pollock as soon as possible. The staff at Fairlaw Firm are very professional and dedicated and they treat each client with respect. I met with Attorney Pollock 3 days prior to the deadline for my federal filing. It was a Friday and my paperwork had to be filed at the Federal Courthouse by that coming Monday. Attorney Pollock only had the weekend to prepare for my case. He and his assistant went through a stack of paperwork more than 6 inches high that I provided (since my case was almost 3 years old when I took it to him). He got the pertinent information required and compiled the necessary paperwork and filed my federal case on time. I was blown away by the expeditious manner in which Attorney Pollock worked on my case from the beginning right up to the end of the case. He is an awesome negotiator and was able to obtain a confidential result that I am really happy with. I highly recommend Attorney Brian Pollock. The whole time he worked my case he treated me as a valuable client. There are so many good things to say about the way he handled my case that it would take pages to go over everything. I will just highlight a few: • Attorney Pollock personally returned my phone calls and emails each and every time, usually the same day. Once he was on vacation and returned my call and sent out an email to take care of the problem I was dealing with. • Due to the situation I was dealing with sometimes I would call his assistant numerous times during the week when situations arose, as I did not want to disturb him when he was in court on a trial or just busy. Even though his schedule is usually busy, Mr. Pollock returned my calls or emails personally. • Attorney Pollock kept me updated as to everything he was working on for me and he checked with me and allowed my input. My case with Attorney Pollock involved some financial account issues, that not only resulted in my case being handled in a cost-effective manner, but that resulted in my receiving a refund of some of the retainer I had paid (which was a pleasant surprise).

I am really satisfied with his work, and professionalism. I recommend his service 100 %.
