Concerns about billing practices and transparency
“I felt like a milking cow, being charged for EVERYTHING. Phone calls (minutes that were rounded to an hours), emails (how long it takes to write an email?? And why to charge for it? no other office is doing so), staff internal office correspondences (!), uploading and downloading docs to Dropbox (!) etc.”

“The staff is nasty, unprofessional, they don't speak good English. The waiting area is so small TV is usually off. When I needed to use their bathroom they hesitate and both receptionist kept mumbling as I went to use the bathroom.”
