My experience thus far , with Attorney Chad Levy has been beyond better than I expected.. He’s not scared of these big companies that do extremely egregious things to employees.. he will fight for you .. best decision I’ve ever made .. James M.

I’ve called Chad twice with employee/employer disputes and both times have been pleased with the results. I found Chad to be ethical, hardworking and responsive. I will use his firm again should the opportunity present itself.

I had an issue with my employer regarding a severance package and contacted Chad for help. My employer was trying to disguise hours worked for severance pay and were requesting for me to sign the severance package stating I had received the funds. Chad was able to get me the funds. I used Chad twice, and both times I was very happy with the outcome. The first time was an employment issue where they were illegally deducting my commissions. The other was a crypto issue. He was able to get me my commissions back and my crypto money that was taken from a "safe savings account." Also, Chad took on my crypto case when no one else would. I would highly recommend Chad.

Chad helped me chase after someone who owed me money from an investment gone bad due to fraud. The person he went after had big shot lawyers and also the protection of a supposed Bankruptcy, and as a result there wasn't much to pursue. Chad didn't give up and was able to squeeze a small amount of blood from an otherwise very dry stone. I was happy to get something back and more so to get this crook to squirm a little and have to write us a check thanks to Chad's efforts.

A difficult situation regarding an Age Discrimination-Wrongful Termination claim; Chad was prepared to litigate against the Employer, but the stress was so great, that he did the best thing for me at the time, and settled the dispute and avoided a protracted litigation! Chad gave me the choice of Litigation or Settlement; he was willing to go all the way for me and I will always appreciate that he never backed down, and always left it up to me to decide on the direction that I wanted to take! Chad is excellent at keeping you in the loop, and also asking what you're looking for with every decision. While keeping me in the loop, he was always fighting for you and listening to my perspective. Sometimes you need someone to listen to your venting, but Chad is good at picking up various elements of each discussion and pulling more information that is just going to help the case. Highly recommend him!
