Attorney Gary Handin was recommended by my tax accountant to set up an S Corp for me. He is excellent, highly professional and responsive. He handled the entire matter quickly and patiently answered all of my questions. Also his fees were very reasonable. Others had suggested LegalZoom, but their pricing was two times higher and there is no personal service with a website. I recommend Attorney Gary Handin.
