From the time I walked in for my consult needng a lawyer for my car accident everything was very professional. They listened to provide a case and worked diligently to finalize the case in a timely matter. Rachael was absolutley fabulous always available to answer any quesions during the stressful process. I highly recommend this wonderful team of lawyers.

I would not recommend this office. Firstly the retainer is $4,000, I guess I missed the part that it was non-refundable until I withdrew the divorce. So essentially I filed, nothing happened, I withdrew the divorce and the best answer I got was at best I’d have “credit” in the future. I intend to fix my marriage so that credit is absolutely useless. It seems very unethical to keep a retainer when just 2 VERY BASIC motions were typed up, I probably could have typed that myself in 2 minutes so I don’t see how that equals $4k. I had ONE consult where I paid, after that there wasn’t much if any interaction. I emailed to get an itemized billing statement and it took them about a month to respond which was AFTER two calls requesting it. I have never once received a billing statement until I had to go chasing around for it which is ridiculous. Sorry but this isn’t my first rodeo, my previous attorney gave me a refund for the unused retainer so I think it’s complete nonsense. Make sure you read closely word for word what you sign, who knows what else they slip in there. Also the first time I called asking for a billing statement the woman who answered was extremely rude and told me not to call the number from Google, umm okay?? It’s the same number I called before and called a third time and Scott himself answered and acted dumbfounded as if he wasn’t clear what I was talking about. I’m willing to bet they charged me just for asking for the balance AFTER withdrawing the divorce that didn’t get very far. So, if you’re “thinking” about divorce and you choose him you better be damn sure you won’t change your mind.

My experience with Scott was less than favorable. Lack of communication very condescending and is always to busy or constantly quotes he forgot! Does not take into account your situation and timeline and made me have to pursue new legal representation and fire him only to find out he was misrepresenting my case wrong. Save your time and money to many better lawyers in Broward county because dealing with him will be a waste of time and the money!
