Save your time and money this team is not reliable. Everything was good in the first two months. 15k in and it takes 3-4 days if not more for them to reach back or you have to keep calling. The moment it comes to a payment or any fees they are harassing you with calls. Go with another team. Even the way they pick up the phone. They have a sense of you owe them something. Often times the call drops and no one bothers to. So disappointed.

I had a 12 p.m. appointment today and was expecting a zoom link not received and called the number, PatentProfessor's agent saying they moved with another client , but it appears to be negligible not responding properly.

John is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his expertise in patents. I found a recent webinar he hosted to be very helpful, and I'm looking forward to reading his book next!

Very questionable process. The phone interview felt very unorganized and a bit sketchy. The interviewer couldn't get the spelling of my name correctly on multiple tries, then he fumbled trying to log on our website. I felt like they were more about getting my credit card payment then paying attention to details about us, our product and my trademark. I just didn't get the warm and fuzzy and didn't not continue with the process.

Ok this is weird..sure it may look like Johns website and non disclosure agreement...but i think some one is weird and it aint Mr Rizvi's group. Yes it is really needed to research the ideal...but to charge for an on-line search at those levels is clearly weird. I know this man will have some difficulty with staff: they think i am designing a weapon, but its actually the first stage to the electrical generation. That is whats clearly on the form (Bomb) as an intellectual tool they will have to guard. Plus they probably think im crazy.. I would check Mr R mail and form client first for the mole in the softwarei
