My contact at this firm is named Gary it took 3 phone calls just to get him to call me back a week later he told me someone would be able to look over my purchase agreement in a week or 2 it's now 2 months later and I have a new patent attorney. He completely forgot about me and he new I was planning to do some international patents in most likely 20 plus countries. I also did a patent search with them and the attorney told me I don't have a chance to patent my idea since a lady held a similar patent but what she didn't catch is that this lady never followed through with the patent and she actually held nothing this attorney also told me that functionality does not matter with a utility patent and my new attorney says that functionality does matter. I would not recommend this firm to anyone they will forget about you and give you bad advice.

Never returned my call

This company is not to be trusted. I t looks like they are SCAM artists, made few calls, emails and they kept on promising to call back with no care. I would have given under 0 for wasting my time.

I recently attended a webinar presented by Professor John Rizvi, Esq., on Intellectual Property: Patent, Trademark and Copyright Law. Professor Rizvi was a very informative and motivational presenter. He brought the world of inventions, patents, trademarks, and copyrights down to size. If you have an idea, invention or product you'd like to protect, Professor Rizvi's presentation will leave you with the motivation to move that idea to market. I am looking forward to reading the book that Professor Rizvi wrote called ESCAPING THE GRAY. And, I would highly recommend attending any webinar or informative session he hosts in the future.

Be careful, you will be charged 1500$ just to do a patent search. There are thousands of patents out there, maybe millions, it is very likely that someone came up with your idea already but it went nowhere. If you are willing to pay that amount just to find out that your idea is already patented by someone else, have at it.

Awesome Attorney, friendly and personable. The only issue is the staff is hard to communicate with. Asking questions have to wait for the proper person.
