Cindy Goldstein is the Queen of DECEITFULNESS! Cindy informed me that she is NOT a Trail Lawyer and unable to assist me any further with my case since she was unable to obtain an out of court settlement with the insurance company. Cindy offered to release my file to seek a Trial Lawyer without any strings attached only to find out years later that she filed a lien on my case. Now after speaking with 15 different lawyers NONE of them with take over my case because of the Hold that she has put on it. Now I have thousands of unpaid medical bills that have damaged my credit without any way to get them paid thanks to her SLEEZY tactics. I have telephoned her office countless times since I learned of the Lien but she refuses to return my call even ONCE however I did have a very obnoxiously rude woman return my call only to berate me stating that she can't understand why another lawyer isn't interested in taking over due to her Lien Hold. My case will likely be dismissed next month leaving me on the hook for all of my Medical Bills. CLIENTS BEWARE: Research prior to retaining a lawyer if the office that you hire in too incompetent or too lazy to take a case to trial or you could be stuck PERSONALLY as I am now due to her office of Bottom Dwellers. After 5 years of calling Cindy's office today I finally received a return call from her concerning my case, yeah right the ONLY reason why she called was due to this review that I posted only threaten me to file suit against me but when I reminded her when she informed me that she wasn't a Trial Lawyer and then I asked, "who would you have to represent you since you aren't capable of representing yourself"? Cindy hung up the phone and the line went dead, Now that"s a Role Model of PROFESSIONALISM. After reviewing her other Bogus reviews on Google there is ONE common denominator, NOT ONE states that Cindy prevailed in a trial court. It would be STRONGLY recommended if you consider retaining Cindy Goldstien to ask her when was the last time she saw the inside of a courthouse? Its possible that I receive another call after she receives the Official Complaint from Florida Bar and the Department of Professional Regulation?

Terriable experience, maybe it was just me but it was awful. Took them forever to get back to me, they settle didn't even go to court. I spoke with a different lawyer about my cases once it was done with and they told me that they didn't do everything possible for me (when they're taking $14000 from me, they should go above and beyond or maybe they just don't care because they have bigger suits going on). I have nothing but regrets going with them, I ended up with less than 50% of the total settlement even after how awful they were with communicating. Two of my paralegal were gone, I had a total of THREE paralegal on the course of my suit. Just aweful. Go with a different lawyer, a more aggressive, go getting lawyer not someone that just settles. My last paralegal, was amazing and on top of things (I forgot his name, and Cindy is also very nice and polite) but God the other two paralegals that were assign to me (which aparently don't work there any more pure trash). I just felt like my case wasn't important to them and still to this date I regret not taking my case away from them.

I wanna start off saying that I'm still in pain from my auto accident from 2016 & my accident was treated like a minor injury just because I was sent to a random treating physician who in the end ripped me off with bogus charges after horrible treatment. To add insult to injury the front desk receptionist was very rude when dealing with me on a few occasions. I still have trouble sleeping till this day. I would not ever recommend this representation to anyone ever. Just completely horrible experience.
