Non-refundable retainer policy
“Nancy's retainers are nonrefundable in other words if you give her a retainer of $7500 and she does $4000 of billable work she will not give you back the money that was not utilized for services that is something in my opinion that is unethical even if it is legal.”

“Sadly, I must say that Nancy was to represent me in a divorce and I had much more anxiety dealing with her and her office than my ex husband. I found her to be extremely unresponsive. Emails ignored and phone calls not returned.”
