Misleading website information.

I recently used Brian to evict a tenant. I was extremely happy with the result. He always gets back to me quickly when I need an update. I highly recommend him for anyone that needs an eviction lawyer in S. Florida.

I have a commercial property located in Delray Beach this law office came recommend to us to use for a eviction of a tenet who stopped paying rent. on Jun 6th we contacted Brian and hired him to take care of the eviction for us he guaranteed it would be quick and he had everything handled. I gave him all the information he requested and let him work. After a two weeks or so I asked for a update on June 14th he said he served the three day notice and was going to file so I believed him. One full month after I hired him I still had not received a case number or any sort of update. I texted multiple times late June always got hit with out of office, I need to double check, its looking good, never any real answers so I decided to try and find the case myself and I couldn't find the case number so I started asking for the case number and he finally filed the case July/08 a whole month after the three day notice and didn't even tell me about it I had to discover it on my own. Come to find out he filed as a residential eviction and i spotted this out brought it to his attention explaining to him this is a warehouse and not a residential property he assured to me it is fine, i called the courts and they said it was not. Then the whole process continues and we get the eviction and writ of possession that's when I discover he filed against the tenets personal address and not the warehouse so it was unenforceable. So now I am out two more months from not collecting rent and have since fired him because all he did was give me half answers and did everything completely wrong. I wouldn't recommend him to my enemy

Not a matter of seeking legal advice I’m not stupid I know front desk aren’t lawyers but if you can’t give simple information about working with you guys then you need to find a better person for your business instead of of responding to reviews I didn’t even ask about and assuming I asked for legal advice
