My husband Peter and I first met Gary Landau who was recommended by our friends who had worked with him on a real estate purchase. When we bought a Florida condo in Coconut Creek Florida in the fall of 2004 we had the good fortune to work with Gary. Since then he has served as our lawyer as we purchased another condo in 2010. Just last week Gary worked with me on a Cross Border task ( Canada and USA) and was as always , professional, friendly and efficient. Ditto for his capable assistant Rae. We highly recommend Gary.
