Mr Luzim was knowledgeable, professional, kind, compassionate and explained all issues in a thorough manner. All questions were answered, and he took steps to correct an issue that I had no idea was an issue, before drawing up any paperwork. We were working against a deadline of 2-3 days and it all came together thanks to the efficiency of his and Robin’s work effort. Their “can do” attitude is one of their greatest assets.
