Highly recommended. I am an American working in Germany. I would highly recommend Gary for any real estate transaction or related work. I have worked with Gary on several transactions and he has been excellent. I have used Gary Landau to handle three of my real estate transactions and also to set-up my Revocable Trust, and Living Will. On all matters, he is extremely knowledge and professional, and is very easy to communicate with. I keep going back to him, and have referred others to him and do so without hesitation. I also find his fees to be fair and reasonable.
