I have used Kennedy Legal Team twice. The first was a few years ago when another lawyer couldn't get anywhere with the claim, he gave up and refused to proceed. Mr. Kennedy was able to get a settlement where the other attorney couldn't. We recently used him again, with great results. Mr. Kennedy and his staff are very responsive, keeping you up to date the entire time, and keeping you aprised of all stages of your case. I highly recommend Mr. Kennedy and his team, you wont go wrong. They are my go to incase f these situations, which we hope are always minimal. :)
