I recently reached the decision to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Attorney Cohen was referred to me by a family friend. When I initially spoke with him, he completely explained to me every one of my options. He gave me the time I really needed to make my decision and did not push me to make any type of decision or hire him. When I finally did decide to go forward, I have never felt so empowered with having made this most difficult financial decision. I thank Attorney Cohen and his entire staff for all their help and professionalism.

I am extremely happy that i chose attorney Brian Cohen to handle my Bankruptcy. He is very understanding and patient, and he took a lot of time exploring my options. When it came time to file his staff did a first class job in handling all my paperwork and was always available for questions and to help me understand everything that was going to happen. I'm FINALLY debt free and looking forward to starting over, and I have Brian and his firm to thank for it.

I would like to write of my experiences with Brian Cohen and his law firm. I needed to declare bankruptcy after my son was injured in a terrible accident and I had to miss a lot of time at work to stay home and take care of him. between all the medical bills and the drop in my income I simply didn't have another choice. Brian and everyone at his law firm were simply terrific on my case. They treated me like an old friend, which was really comforting during this time in my life. I cannot say enough how wonderful they were to me. Mr. Cohen, you were a godsend. THANK YOU.

I don't go onto websites often to write a review but I thought it to be appropriate here. Atty Brian Cohen is a wonderful lawyer and a nice human being. And his staff is just as wonderful. He always had positive outlook which certainly makes filing for bankruptcy a lot easier. He was polite and always took the time to explain to me what he was doing. The people that work for him also have great people skills, always having a kind word to say. I feel it is warranted to recommend Brian Cohen if you need to file for bankruptcy and want it to be totally stress free.

I dont know what the last reviewer was talking about. Brian and his staff are at the top of their game. I had used another law firm before I went to Cohen Law which i was not satisifed with. Every call of mine was answered immediately, and every email is responded to within 24 hours, without fail. I guess you just cant please some people.

My real estate agent recommended Brian while I was trying to buy my first home and qualifying for a mortgage was very difficult for me. My credit was poor because i had lots of charge offs and a judgment from an old hospital bill on my credit. I really needed help in understanding my options and Brian did that and more. With his help I was able to not only qualify and get approved for the mortgage but I got a terrific interest rate! I want others to know what an intelligent and all around good attorney Brian is.

When I needed to find a good bankruptcy lawyer that I could afford I checked online and found Brian Cohen. And he was just what I needed. His prices are more than reasonable and his reputation befits him. He snd everyone at his law firm were friendly and always willing to listen and help. A great lawyer at a great price... what more could you ask for?

I hired Brian Cohen to help me with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. From start to finish he was utterly professional, as was his staff. First, I met with him, not a staff memeber or paralegal. From what I've heard that in and of itself is not typical. And I have to say everything that I experienced in my time there was different from every other experience with a lawyer or law firm that I've ever had. Compassionate, and never "on the clock" were they. I can definitely recommend Brian Cohen and his firm if ever you find yourself in need a solid bankruptcy lawyer.

Even though I came to see him with a problem that was not the kind he handled, since he said he only does bankruptcy, he spent time anyway explaining all my legal options, and even referred m to several lawyers who could help with my situation. He didn't rush me or make me feel like I was wasting his time, and for that I am thankful. Also for the great referral he gave me.
