I have been going through a difficult time in my life and consulted with numerous attorneys to find the right one. Brian guided me through the process and was reassuring. He demonstrated his knowledge and experience through our conversations. I am glad I chose Brian and would highly recommend him.

He did a great job for me. I'd highly recommend. He will explain things out in detail. As long as you bring all the documentation, things will move very quickly. I had things organized by category, so it made it go faster. I called several other attorneys and none of them called me back. He did so within about 45 minutes of filling out the online request. Even if it takes a little longer, be patient. He's worth it.

Everyone at the firm is "normal" and makes you feel comfortable. They move so quickly that you may not undestand everything that is going on, but just trust that they know what they are doing. I've recently had some major events/challenges in my life, but thanks to Cohen Law, I have a chance at moving forward with my life! If you are thinking about calling them but are hesitant, just call - you will be glad.

He was very patient and answered every one of my questions - thoughtfully and with compassion and understanding - which helped ease my anxiety. I had great experience with Mr. Cohen and his firm. He was able to help me while I was struggling with making payments to all my debt. After I talked to some lawyers that really confused and frightened me, and I was not able to make decision, I found about Mr. Cohen online. He explained the whole process to me, and spent time trying to find out what was my best option. He was so kind and patient with me, and I would recommend him for anyone, who is under so much debt and cannot manage the payments. I hopefully won't have to work with him again, but he would be my first choice to anyone needing a great attorney.

Several family members of mine had gone to the Cohen Law Firm for help with bankruptcy and he's helped them. The people there are an absolute pleasure to work with. They take extremely great care of you. They are always accurate and give full explanations of issues. I wouldn't know where else to go if not for them. They genuinely care about what they do entirely and are not just out for the quick buck.

What a nightmare! They prepared my filing and communicated the payment. I paid for 6 months then all of the sudden they presented me with new paperwork that took the payment up by a thousand dollars a month. No call to explain and go over anything. Just an email with new paperwork to sign 6 months in. When I asked about the increase the Legal Assistant said the means test. This was the SAME means test that was used at the beginning. My income didn't change. Nothing for me changed. I requested a call from an attorney. Weeks later my creditors started calling me saying that they received notice my case was dismissed. I reached out by phone, I reached out by email, to Legal Assistant, to the attorney. It has been the better part of a month with me following up and no return correspondence. I called again today and was told that the attorney handling my case prefers email. It's the same attorney that we emailed three weeks ago and counting when this all happened. I left another message, I sent another email. I paid almost 10k to the BK courts and it's just nowhere. It didn't get disbursed to creditors, I haven't had it refunded to me. I now have to pay the creditors and research what happened with the payments that I made. This is not the firm to do business with! I wish I had done a more thorough job of shopping around and chosen another firm. The Cohen Law Firm is very unprofessional.

Mr Cohen and his excellent staff, especially Hope are really good at what they do. They took a really difficult situation and time and made it so much better for me and my life and I'm forever grateful to them. They are HIGHLY recommended. Trust them with your needs. You will not be disappointed or let down.

When I got off the phone with attorney Cohen I felt new hope and less stress than I have for years. It’s so refreshing to have friendly kind people want to help you.
