I am an European citizen and I have lived in NYC with a. Working visa for a while. I got married and as we started the process to apply for a green card - we did our due diligence and interviewed several law firms. I was struggling because none of the strategy I was offered really matched my needs. Until I was introduce to Andrea Jacobs. She offered me right away a solution I wasn’t even aware was possible. I worked really closely with Andrea and Lynn Riva. I was really grateful for their precision, thoroughness and follow up. They are very informed and on top of it. I received clear lists easy to follow for all documents I had to submit , provide and collect. I finally felt not left to my own devices. The process frightened me and I felt I was in the best hands. Everything went smoothly and the feeling is having someone in your corner that really cares while youbgor through this process - it's priceless. I am very grateful for all their work and I would recommend them and the firm to anyone going through This

Ms. Golden is an excellent attorney. She gave me 3 scenarios how my ticket could be handled, and we selected the best one for me. Ultimately, my ticket was dismissed! This review is written as my personal experience. I hired her services after seeing her many credentials and titles. My expectations were high and so was the disappointment. She turned out to be lucking assertiveness, totally passive, incapable of planning a plan of action, incapable of initiate assertive steps to gain a success in the case, and most importantly I felt that most of her and the office staff efforts are focused toward getting more and more retainer fee. When I checked the invoices that I paid, I discovered that most of the thousands and thousands of dollars that I paid were for uploading and downloading documents from Dropbox and for correspondences between her staff members. Instead of fighting for my case. In my experience she and the office’s staff were occupied only in sending repeat requests for more and more retainer money but not with responding/rejecting/objecting or other substantive response to the other party requests. I felt that my attorney is not there to protect me from the other party. Only to obey and follow whatever he demands. In her single appearance before a judge, she stammered, was not decisive and did not represent my interests. Almost caused me to be sanctioned. After a short period of time I wrote her a letter to express my disappointment and instead of correcting her way or discussing it with me, she just resigned the same day. Abandoned her client in the middle of a divorce proceedings because her ego was hurt. My conclusion: untrustworthy. I totally do not recommend hiring her services.
