There are several characteristics and qualities that contribute to someone being a good attorney and Tyrone masters them well! Clients should be represented by someone who is resourceful, respectful, and who handles conflict professionally. During depositions and hearings, I have observed him to be responsible, reliable, and capable. I met Mr. Latour about two years ago and contracted with him to resolve a legal issue for a family member. Today I consulted with Mr. Latour regarding a recent death in our family. My husband and I hired Mr. Latour to assist with a contentious matter regarding title to our home. His first wife's name was still on title due to errors by the divorce attorneys in 2001! Tyrone contacted her and even though she was uncooperative, Tyrone was able to take the matter to court in Miami and had a judge agree and issue an order to clear the title and get her name off of it. This was a problem for 15 years before we found someone to get the job done!
