Mr Kemp is above excellency and integrity especially when it comes to defending our youth (young adults). Mr Kemp not only stood up for my Child during this witch hunt against him because of "Supposed Adults" [who FAILED my child when he reported the situation at that time to the Proper "Chain of Command"/"People supposedly in Charge"] and when THEY FAILED him, David Kemp engaged and DEFENDED my child who was wronged by the "ADULTS" and we Prevailed in our situation. I truly believe God is behind David Kemp, ESPECIALLY when it comes to INNOCENTS whether young adult or adult and with David on your side, You! Will! PREVAIL!! David is a true blue caring human being who genuinely cares for your rights!!!

Very disrespectful the moment entering his office, arrogant and sarcastic. Before even reviewing my case, he said I was guilty.
