Mr. Fichtman and his staff were a godsend during one of life's more trying episodes. Throughout the process Mr. Fichtman and his staff, Angela and Shannon, were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Options were always presented with clear explanations and I never once felt uncertain about the path to resolution. In my case, a hearing was necessary for school designation. Whenever I gave testimony, I felt confident and comfortable thanks to Mr. Fichtman's extensive preparation. In the end, Mr. Fichtman was able to negotiate strategically and deliver a contract that exceeded my best-case expectations. The bottom line is that he knows the law, and he knows how to argue it in his clients' favor. I hope never to repeat this experience, but if i had to, I would retain Mr. Fichtman again without hesitation.

I was very satisfied with their work. The up front quote for what it was going to cost to resolve the matter as well as the time frame for completion were accurate.
