We purchased a house in Dade City last year and intended to restore it. The county had condemn stickers on it and they were going to tear it down. I called and spoke with Melissa and she went to work on my case immediately. She was so friendly . The paralegal at code enforcement told us there was nothing that could be done. With Melissa’s help we got an extension. She is wonderful !!!
