She has given us so much relief to know she is representing my family through these tough times & all the help she's done so that I can be next to my husband at a hard time like this to know she's one call away and always has a answer, she is on top of my case , she's great at what she does , very knowledgeable. Ms. Karatinos is very thorough explaining of legal options, demonstrates genuine care for my families situation I would highly recommend her to anybody needing legal assistance.

My experience with Mrs. Karatinos was deeply disappointing. She came across as unprofessional and dismissive, showing little effort to understand my situation. Throughout the process, I was left in the dark, feeling ignored and unsupported.
