Wasted our time for over a year to get us nothing more than we could have gotten ourselves through our own car insurance. We were hit while taking an Uber and after maxing out our own insurance's limits, Susan from this company basically called to tell us that the permanent neck/back injuries that the other passengers and I sustained are just something we'll have to live with and that the temporary chiropractic care for the year that is now over is all we get. What is the point of hiring a law firm to represent you if they do nothing more than you can do yourself? Then they send us letters saying they're not representing us "because of conflict" (the conflict is them not handling this case very well). Lots of lessons learned here but now I know to do more research when we hire an attorney.

Carlos Cabrera is by far the go to attorney to retain if you have a property loss/damage issue. Clients I've referred to him and his firm have performed miracles in ensuring they get great results. I highly recommend him and his firm.
