Disappointing, Unprofessional, and Unresponsive Service I hired Brian Behar of Behar, Gutt & Glazer, P.A., after he quoted me $7,500 to represent me in a legal matter. However, within just three months, his bills ballooned to over $30,000, despite little to no meaningful progress in my case. Worse yet, he often requested payments at the most critical moments, such as when I was facing an important hearing. During these times, when I desperately needed him to focus on my case, his priority seemed to be asking for more money. Despite my numerous attempts to contact him, I rarely heard back unless he was demanding payment. He failed to follow through on essential motions and actions I asked for, leaving me in a worse position than when we started. His initial promises about his level of service were not reflected in the actual representation I received. If you're considering hiring him or his firm, I strongly recommend getting all terms and conditions in writing and being prepared for unexpected and unexplained billing increases. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope others can avoid a similar situation. This review is completely accurate and truthful.
