I am pleased with the outcome of my case! I had multiple charges and Roger got it down to one misdemeanor. He had been working on my case for two years and was very persistent. I had a really bad night sometime last year & ended up getting in an accident that totaled my car to top it off! I was charged with a DUI & multiple tickets issued. This was my 1st time ever in this situation, so I hired a lawyer, Adam Harmalin, who technically stole 7K from me. Never met him once, did nothing on my case, and had no communication with me until the day of court where he wanted me to sign a plea with the DUI charge. Court was the upcoming Monday & something wasn't sitting well with me. So on a Saturday the weekend I googled & found Mr. ElKIND. Honestly, he was heaven sent in a VERY stressful time for me. With over 35 years of experience, the man knows his craft. He was patient & took the time to explain everything I needed to know & then some. I'd spend more time communicating with Mr. E my 1st night meeting him, than  I did with the previous lawyer the past several months. I was working 3 jobs at one point & He understood my situation & set me up with an affordable payment plan. He really went above & beyond for me & in the end, he got the DUI charge reduced to reckless driving with no conviction on my record so I can seal my record, essentially winning the DUI case for me! I'm forever grateful to him truly because for him, it is not only business. He understands people lives are affected by these charges, mistakes, and events in life & genuinely want to help!! 5 stars cross the board from me!! Would highly recommend him!

Roger helped me with a speeding ticket I got a month ago. I didn’t need to do anything other than send him the ticket number, my license and the reasonable fee. He took care of absolutely everything else including showing to the court date for me.
